reprograming my radions with ESL?

I'm logged in and the device (radion XR30w) is recognized. I'm stuck at:


Programming Devices
EcoSmart Live is currently programming schedules to your devices(s). This process may take a few minutes to complete.

This doesn't finish. It's just perpetually stuck.

I tried closing the connection manager, unplugging the USB, disconnecting power to the radion. Then starting up in reverse order.

Any ideas?

I should add that no schedule appears to edit, when I'm on ESL.

Are you using Google Chrome as your web browser? If so, I would recommend signing out of ESL and power cycling all of your devices then trying again.

Just tried and while I can see the profile shows my desktop aquarium with one radion, no schedule loads for editing. So, I still can't make any changes.

Same problem need help it saves on the browser but I am infinitely stuck at the programming devices I randomly get by one out of every 1000 attempts

This anomaly just recently started to happen with me also. From the start I have been using Safari on a Mac with just intermittent connection problems but I would just power down the Reef Link and restart it and that had worked. Now it's as others have said, nothing seems to be able to get through the programming phase and all the devices can be seen via Reef Link.

I loaded Google Chrome onto to my MacBook Pro 2 days ago and this has seemed to solve the problem on my end.
So Explorer does not work, Safari is iffy, just one ideal web browser for this application?
