return pump advice

I have a 220 that is hooked up to 2 150gal sumps in my basement, and its all being ran by a MAG 24. There is about 15' of head pressure, so I'm only getting about 400gph for the 265w its burning up.
Can anyone suggest a better alternative? Its in my basement, so sound is not an issue, and tank circulation is not a priority, but since my skimmer and fuge is in the basement I do need a decent ammount of turnover. I'm just looking for something with good head pressure but wont make my electric meter go BRRROOOOOOM!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm using a Gen-X Mak4 in my basement sump. Display is a 180. There is plenty of flow. Its pretty inexpensive too. Premium Aquatics has it for $120.

Since that is a vendor forum, wouldn't that limit recommendations to only one brand?
