Return pump for 100gl sump

Ok guys & dolls, im going to be setting up a 100gal rubbermaid sump (thanks Orlando) for my 150gl tank. I will be setting it up in my basement, so i'm gonna be needing a pretty good return pump.

any advise on what size i should use to get the job done?
and does anyone have something they're trying to get rid of?.....cheap
