return pump for sump

If I plan on using a 300 gallon per hour over flow box in my sump, do I need a 300 gallon per hour powerhead for the return, or should I go a little higher? The water from the return pump will have to be pushed approximately 4 feet or just above that.

You will need to go a little higher due head pressure and plumbing loss. It depends on what pump as to how much higher you will need to go.
