Return pump question.

Not necessarily new to the hobby but I am new to sumps. I have run aio and hobs only. Just bought a house and a 210!! Woo hoo. I am going to do a basement sump for this one I'm just clueless on return pump sizes and what I need.

Height back to tank from sump. 10-14 feet
Horizontal feet 14-18


Brands would be great too. Only one I've heard of is reeflo. (I live in CO).

With a basement sump I think I would look into Iwaki brand pumps. good luck

Iwaki is very good^. I'm running a pan world ps150 on my basement sump with about 11 ft. of head. There's a head loss calculator here on RC. Good to use to figure out what size pump you need. Go to the "home" page and its on the left.

Cool ill look into them. Any good resources / guides on plumbing? With one outlet on the pump my tank has dual corner overflows and returns how does that work too.
