Return pump recomendations

Need some opinions on my return pump for my 180. I dont want a ton of flow through the sump. i will have 2 Tunze 6101 and 1 or 2 vortechs for flow in the tank. I am thinking an external pump to keep heat down. I will have a 180 display with a 75 gallon sump and a 40 breeder that will gravity feed back to the sump. Is it a wise decision to have the return feed the tank, skimmer and refuge? The skimmer will be a ETSS 800 until I can get my hands on enough cash to buy a reeflo. IF you had to feed all 3 items what pump would you chose?

Thanks,

Rick

I would think about having the display tank's overflow feed the skimmer. The tank return and fuge would be well provided using a Reeflo Dart (Gold if you like it real quiet).
