I realized I ordered the wrong product and tried to cancel the order but it was already processed.
I then tried to get an RMA and was provided with a message that said I cannot return the item. I am very upset because that is not consistent with what is stated on your website. The website only says you cannot accept returns after it is openned.
The website says "We are unable to accept returns of Digital Aquatics, Neptune Systems, Vertex Aquaristik, Aqua Illumination (AI), EcoTech Marine or NYOS products once the manufacturer's packaging seals have been broken."
Also on the page for the item it clearly states 60 day returns without any mention of exceptions for these items.
