Reverse Superman Placement

My frag is not doing anything - colorful, just not growing. I have moved it a few times.

Where do you all keep yours? High? Low?

I have 4x250W Phoenix HQI over a 120G, so not enough light should not be an issue. Parameters are rock solid and the water is super clean (no fish, so too clean?).

Right now, I have it near the bottom about 18-19" deep.

I have mine near the bottom directly below 250w radiums, in a high flow area. Fast grower for me. If it is holding it's color, I doubt the water is too clean, but possible. Mine faded some when I stripped the water with bio-pellets. How long have you had it? Maybe, just give it time without moving it.

Only about three months. I am not really worried about it, just want to put it in the best place. My hologram kinda did the same thing, but got with the program sooner... nothing for 6 weeks and has more than doubled in the last six weeks.

All of my other stuff really took off like a rocket when I replaced the 6200s with a wavebox, but this one has not done anything at all.

I will put it at the bottom and leave it.

Flow will definitely help with growth and as where to place it, higher and higher until color fades just make sure it is high flow

Thanks fells. The flow is the same in the whole tank now... which is more, and less. Hard to explain unless you have had a wavebox before. ...but everything that grows has grown about 1.5x as fast.
