Billsreef did post a warning. It obviously has something to do with the fact that it will be a for profit venture. I'm not sure what the exact rules are but probably best to keep it on the down low

The practical upshot is that what your proposing is commercial in nature, and therefore just not allowed here. RC maintains a pretty hard line in order to keep the forums free of commercial postings.
