Revive killed my hawkins! Any others I should know about?

Do you follow directions for diluting it with water? Do you you tank water or freshly made saltwater?

Revive will kill Red Dragon as well.

Update.
I've only lost one branch. So it appears the Hawkins will make it.
Also I did dip a Red Dragon with no problems but I wouldn't do it again.

Revive did my Hawkins in too a couple years ago. I now use the Bayer method of dipping to all my corals
