Reviving a Bubble Coral & Red Lobophllia

I recently purchased two struggling corals from a LFS in the hopes of reviving them to beautiful corals. I bought a green Bubble Coral that has most of its skeleton showing, and not much soft tissue on it. I did notice that it appears to have to tiny polyps growing on two different "fins" of the skeleton. It rests on the substrate, underneath an existing Pearl Bubble Coral, 3-4 inches from the base of the existing Bubble. There is not much current in this area.

I also bought a red Lobophyllia Brain Coral that has more of the tissue on it than the Bubble Coral. There is some skeleton showing, and it is not as puffy as it should be, but it's not receding too much. It rests on the substrate in a moderate current.

I have 196 watt power compact lighting, 36" on a 40 gallon hex tank. One is an actinic and the other is 12,000k. I have a Pearl Bubble Coral that I've had for a few years, and it is doing extremely well.

My question is, what should I do to revive these corals.

Thanks in advance.

Food. My bubble will take tiny pieces of ordinary shrimp. Gets excited about cyclopeeze, though I have to wonder how much it gets.
