it is now starting to regrow over skeleton. it was picked nearly to death by an angel who has since gotten his eviction notice! my question is should i be target feeding it anything to help with heath and how strong it will grow back? im not worried about speed of growth but i want a healthy animal. thanks for any input.

Target feeding will increase the rate at which it grows back. It doesn't look so bad now, just not very puffy yet. The fact that it's growing over the skeleton means that it's doing well. Feeding will only help.
