Rhinecantus blindness ??? not eating.

My Picasso only eats helped with a straw, keeps sleeping long times, it looks like he has some kind of blindness. I am not sure he could open the mouth or swallow. Could some one help me with suggestions ?

If the fish is blind there is no helping it unfortunately

I am not sure if it is a question of blindness or if he has some problem in its manbibula so he cannot get and swallow the food .

Years ago I had issues with a fish with cloudy eyes. My nitrates were sky high. What are your levels?
