Rhomboid wrasse not doing well

Been fine for 2.5wks in qt. Eating well and swimming fine.
Today I noticed white stringy poop and a reddness at the base of his tail. He still tries to eat but is now struggling. What's going on?

I've seen swim bladder with rhomboids. They swim very erratically. Doesnt seem that way yet.

I have prazipro, nitrofuracin green and metronidazole on hand. Let me know so I can't start ASAP.

I have had success with Prazi and Metronidazole. When my Lineatus was similar to what you described, I mixed Metronidazole in his food and it made him significantly better after three treatments.

Prazi last night. Although he's on his side looking like a goner. I'm assuming when I get home he'll be gone

Sorry I had to go into work this morning but this is what I was leaning twords too. Anytime they look like they're trying to get the demons out of their head I go prazi. Add a little at a time though cause they kinda freak out but it usually helps pretty quick.
