I bought a bunch of rics 2 weeks ago, place them all on sand bed under T5's, has moderate flow over them. Some has open up and doing well but some hasn't expanded at all. Any tips or help is appreciated.

Tried moving them higher on rocks but same thing, any1 know why? I don't want them to die, please help.

Try moving them into a darker area for a while. I know when i upgraded from PC's to a T5 fixture my rics didn't expand nearly as much. They might need a little time to get used to the light.
