Richard, when you called me a parent you probably did not realize how true your words! Something in our tank had babies. . . again. The first time it was porcelain crablets and these newborns look like crustaceans, too. I'm hoping for peppermint shrimp, but what if they are baby mantis shrimps?

These little guys are difficult to photograph. They are so tiny and the current is moving them.

Even if they were baby mantis, it wouldn't be anything to be concerned about. I hoped you're able to keep them alive long enough to figure out what they are!

Hard to tell what the little guys are.....but pretty amazing to get spawning in a captive environment of any animal. True testament to you parenting skills!

Me thinks they will be fish food real soon, hey free food!
