HI Guys

Can i have richodia in rhodactis tank?

Are they poisonous each other.

I do have many rhodactis, i recently bought a richodia.

I notice richodia threw up his guts when rhodactis touches him

would any one can explain this for me

Thanks

All mushrooms can sting other corals including other types of mushrooms. It's just experimentation. If they seem to be stinging one another, just move them apart. As long as they are not touching, Ricordea and Rhodactis can still be in the same tank in my experience

What type of Ricordea? Florida or Yuma? Was your Ricordia throwing up a glob of white stuff? It could be a bacterial infection which is common in Yuma's and not so common in Florida Rics but still happens occasionally.

You can keep them in the same tank, try not to let them touch, or they might fight, like you saw with the gut expulsion.

I've had Rhodactis that love to sting everything and even have sweeper tentacles on the edges sometimes, and others that are pretty peaceful. I think it's pretty coral specific.
