Ok, the order was placed earlier today at about 1:00 and we should get it tomorrow night sometime after 8:00pm. If not it will be Friday, just watch RC for an update.
There are some of you who have not paid yet. If you ordered Rics, I ordered them anyway so we could clear 50, so you can bring money to Pick Up. There will be about 10 - 15 extra so hopefully people want more or come pick up. Otherwise I'll have a tank full of rics. lol.
I'll email directions to everyone who needs them.

I know this is frustrating for you. This is just the nature of this group buy, about 4-5% of the order is often unavailable since animals are shipped on a first come first serve basis. The trade off, is that we get good prices.
I guess those of us who've been doing it for a while have gotten used to it. This is the first time it happened to the same person 2 times in a row.
The reason I am posting this is FYI for anyone thinking of participating in this group buy. It is a good deal, but before ordering understand that it is not guaranteed that everything will be filled on the order. In the past, we either leave it in the fund as a credit for the next order, or we get refunded.
This is what skip was talking about in the famous live rock thread. If you want guarantees and customer service, then you go to LFS for your shopping. If you are willing to take a chance in order to get an extremely low price, then you participate in one of these group buys. Although, this supplier has given us great customer service IMO. They refund DOA's without question, and hand pick great corals and fish each time. I think overall everyone has been pretty satisfied.
Sorry your stuff isn't coming deb. It's unfortunate but it's the risk we take in these orders. You will be refunded for you money without problems. See if frank (tropoasis) can get you some berghias. He can't take PM's, so email him. His post is just above yours, just click on the email button.

AZ, Floridas are notorious for having multiple mouths. I have more double and triple mouth Floridas than singles. I also have a yellow with 5 mouths.
I think the most I have seen in a pic is 11 on one ric.
