Hi,
i have setup an aussie ric yuma propogation tank(2x1x1) and add iodine every 2nd day. i feed them mysis every second day also. i'm about to start feeding cyclopeeze alternatively to the mysis.
is there anything else i should be dosing/feeding?
i have just added ecosystems miracle mud in a plastic container with caulerpa to use up some of the nutrients(N+P) and add trace elements.
i run a hangon filter(sponge, carbon, noodles) and a small powerhead and 2x55w powercompact lighting.
10% water changes weekly with NSW, may change to ASW(RSCP)
is there anything else i should be thinking about adding.
currently i have about 13 different varieties in the stages of just acclimating to cut in half and healing. i let them acclimate for 4 weeks minimum before cutting them if they are atleast 1 inch in size.
i have quite a few hermits and various snails for cleanup crew and reluctant to add a fish
i doubt this venture will make me a profit, i'm doing it for fun
let me know if you think of anything to help out
cheers
Jason.
