Ricordea Yuma Closes up, weird behaviour?

I have a Yuma that I have been having trouble 'reading'
This is my first coral experience....

As soon as the lights (150w HQI) go out it cupped VERY high (almost closed up)
Eventually it started to relax and go back to a half-open state.

This morning (before lights went on again) the shroom was flat but edges were curled up, image a thick crust pizza.

What is this behaviour, something to worry about?

Also,
How do I know if he wants more or less light? He is in a low flow area

I have a Ricordea Florda beside it doing very well (in diriect light too)

very normal behavior, imo ricordeas can do well in all kinds of light just don't go from under a rock to inches away take it slow. Put it up on a rock and let it drop babies
