Ridding the tank of Blue Clove Polyps

The BCPs in my 125 is really starting to get out of control! I've read good things about Fluke Tabs knocking down the dreaded blue clove polyps, without killing off SPS, LPS or fish. I don't mind if I lose snails and crabs along with them. But I've got a really nice gorgonian and two great tridacnid clams. Does anyone know if the gorgonian or the clams will be hurt by Fluke Tab treatment?

Good luck.. Mine are totally out of control..
I will probably end up taking each rock out one at a time and scrubbing/ripping/burning them off.
Might have some fun with the propane torch :)

Let me start by saying I am no expert. My tank is only 1.5 years old I do have some clove in my tank thanks to a "friend". I was given some advice on dealing with them and it has been working for me. I am dosing 2 part, when I dose the ALK I turn off all pumps so there is no water movement in the tank. Take a syringe and inject it onto the cloves. Works great on areas that are flat but the alk does sink so if you have something underneath I'd make sure that I can flush with a turkey baster so the alk doesnt land on anything you like. Leave the pumps off for a few minutes. Before I started doing this I would also heat up RODI water and inject onto the trouble spots. If you have a lot I would maybe work in small areas at a time as not to overwhelm your system with the bioload?
Good luck

Fluke taps are what I have read but they don't make them anymore I believe I also have blue cove everywhere I just live with them but if there was something that killed them without hurting sps, zoas and my BTA I would try it

Let mother nature take her course. Mine ebb and flow just like my green star polyps. Just part of the tanks composition.
