Right tank?

Will a 46 bow work for a pair of Cinnamon clowns? I have had them in there 7 months and about the same time in my 30 before the upgrade. The Female just seems really territorial lately. Keeps beating on my Coral Beauty. Not sure why. Any Ideas?

It has really been aggressive so maybe they will. The male tries to take my hand off if I get to close to their rock pile. I doubt it though, I'm not doing anything special to make them spawn.

Don't need to do anything special...if they're comfy and happy, they take care of things on their own.

It would be cool but I'm not going to raise the babies, looks to complicated for me. Don't have any room to set up a small tank for them. I could try but I will have to look into growing the food. There is probably a sticky on it isn't there.

Probably.

You don't have to raise the young, no rules against letting them become coral food. IMO, it's a testiment to your husbandry practices simply to have a spawning pair.

I take it if they do spawn means I am doing good? I remember last year or last winter I had little tiny things swimming around that were attracted to light. Never really figured out what they were they just went away.

Sure does. Some are more tolerant than others, but generally speaking any fish spawning in your tank is a good sign :D

They could have been clown fry, but I've personally never heard of any making it through the night in a display tank.

Thats why I don't think they were fry, there for a few nights. I think I got on the rc and they told me opossum shrimp or something like that. Don't really remember what they looked like cause it was quite a while ago.
