Awesome tank, but IMO a little too blue. Is it really that blue in person?

Btw I think its awesome your corals are actually bigger than your fish lol. The size is stunning, great work!!

Thanks,its not very blue in person in my eyes.i run a blue line 20k bulb on the tank next to it and its much bluer than the XM 20k tank in the photos.I am not very good with the camera by any means yet and i have not figured out the white balance completely but i have it turned to -3 in auto and thats the closest i can get it to real life at this point.As far as the size of the corals some are 18 inches across so i guess they are bigger then any fish i would keep LOL
 
Dan, lol pics are lookin good. I see you have been working at it too. I want to show you some settings I learned as soon as I get time. I tell ya though. Finally my levels are getting back to norm Did a 20 gal water change this week. Got everything on ATO system now(dosing kalk) I add to my wc. with 2 part. Now I am going to aruba next week. I will need to give you photshop when I get a chance. It has some nice settings that you dont need to do much with the camera. Anways. I also need some corals
 
I mean even though the pics look blue so what everything looks so healthy and I love tanks with large colonies of coral and fewer fish. So many times now you see these tanks with frag plugs everywhere and a bunch of tangs squeezed in. Keep up the good work.
 
Your tank is AMAZING! I think you're gonna need to frag though and I'll help you with new homes for them!

Seriously though, nice tank and I will help you with a home for frags if you need one:D

every once in a while my frags need a good home.LOL.I will let you know when i do some cutting.

Thanks jeremy,the birdsnest is a new release.it just came out.I am not a big fan of birdsnests but this one i really liked.thicker then others i have seen and nice contrast of color,purple to neon green.well we will see when it grows up in about a year or 2 LOL
