Rimless Aquarium Club

Just finished reading this thread. A great job by all. The rimless tanks are definitely pleasing to the eye. A lot of different designs and many things I haven't considered. I esp like the breakout builds linked in the thread. I hope to join this group in the near future.

Well done!

Can someone tell me how they keep the top 1" of their glass clean. I just set up a Cadlights 100 rimless and I am wondering how I keep the top 1" clean. It always seems to have water marks on it. Any special tips.

thanks

Give a daily wipe and it should be fine!:spin1:

I have the 75 Gallon version. I happen to notice that Deep Blue start using black silicone in all their joints. Looks sharp!

For those of you that have the Deep Blue Rimless tanks; how do you like them? Any issues? I'm considering the 30gal (24x24x12) for a grow out tank/ holding system is why I ask. I saw one last week at a LFS and really thought it was sharp looking!

I have no problem with my 75 Gallon rimless. I guess some people don't like the size of the overflow box (bigger than any other manufacturer) but I aquascape my reef around it and I barely notice it.

And for a grow out/ holding system will work perfect!
