Rimless Aquariums and Power Cords

Can you tell me what people do with rimless aquariums and powerhead cords?

I'm debating different powerhead options - I like the realiability and price of Tunze, but I'm not sure if the clean look of the rimless auquarium is lost with powerhead cords going over the edge into the tank. Vortechs offer no cords over the edge, bt comes at a price.

A painted backing and an emphasis on neatness is crutial. Vortechs are top notch but you can minimize the appearance of the cables by keeping them tight to the glass or along the corners of the tank. You may notice them for a bit but as you stock the tank, your focal point won't be on your equipment.

Also, FWIW you may be able to rock a gyre in your setup. They're pretty clean
