Rimless Coast to Coast SPS Build!

I ask because I always have used calcium reactors and kalk in the past, and on my current setup I'm dosing only and have had a much easier time maintaining my calcium and alk(as well as a stable pH). Just thought I'd throw my .02 in the mix.

You know, I'm suprisingly calm about this build...That's not usually how I am, but this time around I'm totally fine with taking my time believe it or not. I guess I'm a little distracted with the house purchase and all that. Its going to be awhile before we even move into this house though because its super old and needs a lot of renovation before we move in, but its going to be awesome when its done!:spin1:
 
Got the email today with an update on my tank production! It looks like it will be ready for pick up on 3-15-12! Here are the 2 pics they sent!

Very cool. After seeing your thread I decided to send C2C a quote request. They obviously take pride in their tanks.
 
Yeah, so far this company has been a pleasure to work with. Very good communication, accurate estimates, competitive prices, and obviously excellent build quality. Very happy I went with these guys.
 
Woo Hoo! Tank is done! Got some updated pics today. Will be driving to pick it up next wednesday. We're hopefully closing on the house in the next 2-3 weeks and will be able to start setting up the tank in the next 6-8 weeks. Long wait, but it will be worth it!

Jason, you won't be disappointed. My Coast to Coast aquarium is sitting on my stand until I have time to get it plumbed in. They made my sump as well. When I was there picking up the sump I saw your tank finished with silicone curing.

When I was picking up my display tank, your tank was being built. You'll be extremely surprised to find that my tank (195 gallon 72 x 26 x 24) is a very small build for these guys....not even average. When I was there I saw a 12' x 4' x 4' glass monster!!!! My tank was 375 pounds empty. I can't even imagine how they move the glass panes to get something like that built.

Needless to say, our aquarium sizes are pieces of cake for them. Make sure you have plenty of help to unload it once you get it home. Sorry to say that I saw your tank before you did...:lmao:

Went to NJ last week to pick up the tank! The quality on this tank is second to none! Absolutely perfect silicone work, beautiful polished glass. I was blown away by the quality!
Got it home already and built the stand. Now it sits waiting for the move...
