rio 90 or 180 powerhead

does anybody out ther have a little rio 90 or 180 powerhead. Im wanting to add even more flow to my tank and i dont want to stick a huge MJ 400 in there. Just wondering if anybody has any?

Also does anybody have a 150w HQI 14k bulb that they arent using. I need one to test my current ballast to make sure its working correctly. Whats happening is its taking my bulb like 45 min to warm up and get to a cool blue like a 14k should. It stays a yellow color for that long and it shouldnt take that long at all.
