Ritteri in trouble-need opnions

My friend has a ritteri that crawled under the rock on the first day. It has been out of the light for 10 days now. He has pointed a powerhead directly on it, and it has not moved. His rocks are glued with pvc, and foam.

I know it needs to be out in the light fast. Since it will not move with flow directly on it, Should he try and peel the foot off of rock?

What is the best way to get the ritteri to detach from the under side of rock?

The ritteri is not getting any light. The light you see in the picture is a flashlight pointed at the anemone

Scott,
I have no idea as to what he can do. If he can remove the anemone easy, then he should try to do it, but he should not risk tear the anemone column or foot. sorry if I cannot be of any more help.
