RLSS skimmer

I'm looking at getting a RLSS R6-i skimmer. does anybody have experience with them? Do you have any complaints?

I purchased one a week ago for my 90 gallon sps tank and I will tell you this it is super quiet and pulls out a ton of junk and I have it 2 notches down as far as speed wise I have already cleaned the cup 3 times it seriously pulls out that dark green stuff out of tank so I am happy

I have owned one since June I believe it was. Its been a great skimmer, very quiet. I did have a problem with it, when I first got it, and that was the power supply died in a day. It got fixed pretty fast though.

I have one on a 60 galln cube and it has been great so far. I run it one step down from full speed. It is quiet too.

Awesome, thanks guys. Its sounds like I should make the purchase. Being quiet is one of my big factors, and it sounds like you all agree it is a quiet skimmer.

I got the RLSS 10-E also the RLSS 12-E and they are great skimmer . quiet and perform well specially with the new pumps.

I had an Rlss R6 and sold it because I needed a bigger skimmer for the new tank. After owning it and now a RO Cone I can say that I wish I still had the the Rlss, the Reef Octopus is loud when compared to the Rlss. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another one, I still might.

Running a RLSS 8 here for a few months now, its going great, and the pump is still quiet. Pulls heaps of junk out of the tank

Hey guys I got my R6-i yesterday and it is quiet but I'm getting alot of noise from the airline silencer. Does anyone know how to fix this?
