RO/DI Gone Awry?

For quite some time my filter ran quite consistently. Suddenly the filter output has increased by perhaps 30% during the same time-frame and my TDS have increased, albeit slightly. I've flushed the membrane several times and replaced the first stage (1 micron sediment filter) but my TDS are still running 8-9 instead of the previous 0-1. Any thoughts for the cause/remedy?

Maybe township is doing flushing of some sort and getting higher tds. Have you checked incoming from tap? Higher than usual?

Increase production would likely be from higher water preasure and/or higher temps. My product production increases a lot when my in heated basement warms up.

given all RO/DI filtration variables remain constant

given all RO/DI filtration variables remain constant

RO production varies GREATLY over the course of a year IME.
Mostly due to temperature.

It's been noted by many I know in this area that TDS of our tap follows an annual up and down cycle.

There are also daily fluctuations.
