RO/DI unit issue- Maxcap help

I have spectrapure Maxcap 90. Line in TDS is 58-59. TDS after membrane is 6-7. I have tried 2 replacement RO membranes from spectrapure. Put brand new RO membrane in yesterday and new DI filters. Flushed RO membrane before adding the DI filters. RO membrane is properly seated. Same readings as above but after making 40 gallons my first DI filter TDS out reading is 3. Already 3 TDS after making only 40 gallons. Pressure is 55-60psi. I have the green restrictor on which is supposed to be 2:1. I tested the system and it is yielding 2.75:1. Feed water ph looks to be about 7. Any thoughts appreciated.

I don't know the rejection rate of the membrane, but figuring a 90% rejection rate, that would mean the RO part of the system is fine. Temp of water can also affect the rate of rejection, but I know nothing about the restrictor part of that system. The part I have a problem with is the DI. You've only put 40 gallons through it. No way running 6 to 7 TDS through it for 40 gallons should deplete it. If your TDS from the membrane hasn't changed, I'd be looking at the DI.

Are you using Di resin? That will give you a zero TDS

Yes i have two DI resins but the first only last about 40-50 gallons
