My uncle let me have this ro unit and I was wondering if I could still use it or would I be better off buying a new one. I can't seem to find the same brand online.

More than likely time for a new unit. From the look of it, it probably needs all new filters and a membrane.

Have you hooked it up and try to run it yet?
