HI,

Haven't been on in a few months due to my wedding, but I am back. Quick question, My Ro/Di is about 14 months old and still using original filters. Says to change every 12 months, but my TDS is still reading only 3 or 4. I tested on tap and other bottled water and it seems to be working fine. Would you change anyway? I did order a new pagage of filters.

Id change all except the membrane. That should still be good!

If you can't measure gallonage used, then a good rule of thumb is every 6 months for the sediment and carbon block filters.

$7 or $8 dollars worth of pre-filters to protect your $50 to $70 RO membrane.

Chlorine will kill your RO membrane rather quickly.
