I purchaced a kent Marine max 50, the q is should there be any water in the 3rd stage canister, I have a small seepage around the seal of the cartridge into the clear canister?

Thats normal if its a DI cartidge. Water travels down around the outside then up through the middle. Some fill only slightly while others fill almost full, no problem.

My kent did that for a while. The last chamber only filled half way up. I e-mailed Kent and they said it was ok. If you lift up the output tube higher than the top of the canister, it will fill up with water.
