My RO/DI has virtually stopped making water. Called the filter guys and my filters are clogged. pressure is reading 37. These filters are only a few months old. He asked if there was a water main break...we have had two in Liverpool in the last week just on the road home from work. pulled the third filter (closest to membrane) and there is junk on the bottom of the canister after pulling it. filters need to be replaced, he said there is nothing you can do about it.
He also mentioned that the fire departments yearly cleaning of the hydrants can cause this issue.
Folks might want to check their RO systems to make sure they are working well!
