I have had it lower than 10 in the past. However, the rejection rate is 90% with a 100GPD membrane and 10 out of 134 is actually right on considering the accuracy of hand held TDS meters.
As long as DI resin gets TDS reading down to zero, I don't care if it's 10 or 2.68 (with 98% rejection rate of 75GPD membrane.) 10 would make DI resin to go out a bit faster, but I am afraid that DI resin will be used up faster by CO2 in Madison water (40 to 80 ppm at times) anyways.
