ROAK: a peice of my reef

I have not been able to find a buyer for my corals (5 montipora, 2 acans, 1 zoa frag). I'm going to ROAK them to a younger reefer in the club. I'd like to give them to a recipient 16 or younger. Please PM me and include information about your tank, light, and parameters so I can check and make sure the coral will do well for you.

Please no one from outside URS. I will be able to bring the coral to ARC at an arranged time.

What a nice idea,my 13 year old has his own 75 gal he bought with his own money that could use some sprucing up(it has some colt coral,and I just got him a fava brain)but it does like kinda plain.I'm not sure if these would work or not he has t5 (4bulb) lighting becuse i'm kinda new to corals (i've only had good lighting for about 3-4 months).His water parameters were pretty good ( i checked them for him last night) but ph was kinda high(i added some buffer) if anything will work for him i'm sure he would love it( going to make him check parameters later to see how ph is ).He doesn't have his own RC account (he uses mine for research).Maybe i'll have him start his own.

I am giving the zoas and acans to cmof29, but I still have the montipora which would survive high up in those conditions as long as the calcium is around 400.

I think the calcium was a little higher than that but we'll recheck later.

Hey Todd,

you are right about that, my middle boy, Nicolas, has been asking for his own small reef tank for a long time, but my answers remains the same.
I don't have the time to maintain 2 systems.
