Rock Anemone Staying in cup

What is the safest way to convince a Rock Anemone to move out of the plastic cup that they are often displayed in? I know they are pretty stationary but after a week he needs to upgrade his digs. I tried to put a couple smaller pieces of live rock in his cup and he seems uninterested. Suggestions?

Water flow will cause an an anemone to start to move to better area.

You can also shade part of it. If 1/2 of it is shaded in the direction you DONT want it to go, SOMETIMES it will start to go toward the better light.

They are pretty stationary I will give you that.

Also turn the cup so the light is barely getting in it.
