I saw somebody else recently post their Aquastyle 35, and i wanted to share this aswell. Since the photos I have removed everything save the heater for an MP10, and added plum crazy and green stylophora frags.

Nice man, I really like it. What kind of media are you running in the filter? And do you like the lid for the tank? The lid that came with mine does not fit very well I was just wondering if you had the same experience? BTW i see the Gibson right there, what kind is it?

thanks dude Last things first, its a '63 B25. Not fancy but has aged very well.

I ran phosguard in the filter when i had it to help combat some cyano, but have removed it since the photos and am only running an mp10.

I guess im lucky... my lid fits really well.

That's awesome man, I have looked at a couple of old LG-1 and LG-2's but another guitar is the last thing I need. :lmao: I think that is awesome you are only running your tank with bio filtration. I have an mp-10 as well, what setting are you running yours on? How high do you have it turned up?

thanks man... that guitar is my buddy and the only one i own. So far its been to vietnam, according to my dad, and iraq and afghanistan with me.

reef crest at 40 percent on the mp10, but it does make a small bare spot on the bottom D:

Your sps look awesome man. I like the changes you've made. Between the sps and the clam I assume you are dosing? What product are you using if you are and how much? Just curious since I would like to keep some sps and we have the same tank.

no dosing as of yet, but im sure ill have to start soon. My last test was with only three of the five different SPS in there, but my calcium was still at 440. Ill be checking magnesium aswell on my next test. I did add aquavitro 8.4 early on, but it hasnt been necessary as my Ph is around 8.0 to 8.2 depending on th time of day. If i do dose i will be using aquavitro calcium and ballance.

I think the salt im using really helps alot, and ive upped my water changes to three gallons weekly from two.

Oh yeah? What salt are you using? I am actually using the aquavitro salt mix because it is what we use for our other tank as well. I have only been doing about 1 gallon water change a week. Do you think I should try doing more than that or should I just wait till I get livestock in there and see what my parameters are looking like?

I use tropic marin pro reef. this is the only salt ive used for a long time and im very pleased with it. when a tank i cycling i try not to mess with it too much unless it cycles really hard. i do a 50% or so before the addition of livestock.
