Rock Question

That would be just fine, but I would certainly suggest covering this rock up. It's mostly just boulders that have some life on it to be honest. If you're wanting something that is better looking, but still good for seeding and keeping cost down, go with our Nano rock, or even smaller the rock rubble.

What would you suggest to use to seed with. I was looking at the base because of the low price. How big are the boulders? I will be setting up a 125gal if that matters.

How much dead rock are you going to be using compared with the liverock? Also, I see that you're in Indiana, how far away are you from us? It might be easiest for you to just come in and hand pick everything.

100lb of dry rock. I live 3 hours from Indy.

I'd probably suggest going with 20lbs of the Nano Rock and then just placing it sporadically throughout the tank. The nano will be nice looking rock with a very good amount of life on it, and with being smaller pieces it will be easy to fit in just about anywhere.
