RODI unit test

unit was running alittle fast, and the DI section wasn't completely full...

Tap water:

Melev reef RODI unit. Changed filters a few times on it and just as happy as ever.

Doh! Been there. Actually there now :P However, I was lucky and was able to do garage hookups and snaked a 1/4" tube under the garage door.
 
I could do that... the laundry room has a door to the garage. But no plants there. Don't need a 200 ft. Line going all over. I do have a 15gal. Jug with a float switch that I can T off the drain. Good thinking!! I'll set that up tomorrow!
 
You should be sampling your TDS in 3 locations:
1. Tap water = 455 ppm
2. RO water = ???
3. DI water = 0

With the two readings you took you have no way of knowing how well the RO membrane is working.
