As much as I would love to see him roaming free, that's not going to happen until he gets a little larger. I have had two of Rod's onyx before both of which were eaten by my cleaner shrimp. The first one was getting along beautifully with my picasso then I went to the store and I come back to see my cleaner shrimp eating out his gills. The second onyx was even better because he was hosting my hammer with my picasso for eight days. I mowed the grass for an hour to come back to see him getting eaten by my cleaner shrimp. I refuse to let that happen to this new guy. Someone said that the cleaner didn't attack and kill the other two onyx, but I refuse to buy that. Luckily the cleaner that ate my other onyx is dead for some mysterious reason, I didn't have anything to do with it, honestly.
If I can find my crappy 2 megapixel camera I will get a crappy picture for you guys and gals.
Maybe I will put my cleaner shrimp into the cage and let the onyx roam free.
