I threw curve ball, after curve ball at this man over the course of what now, appears to be several years and he STILL stood by his word.

I don't think you will find better service ANYWHERE, FOR ANY PRODUCT, PERIOD - AND I MANAGE A LARGE CUSTOMER SERVICE CALL CENTER FOR A LARGE TECHNOLOGY FIRM!!!
