I got an alarm, and found one of my pumps was not rotating. Easy enough fix right? so I thought.

I tried for over 30 minutes to get the propeller unit out of the housing, to no avail. I took off the prop, the outer housing unit, and still it wouldnt budge. I finally took some pliars and tried to get it out, which torqued the bit that the prop hangs on all the way off!!

And I still dont have the magnetic part out!!! I am at a loss on how to do it. I figure I can get a new prop unit part, I just dont want to screw up the internal on the housing.

What should I do next?

Send it in. When I get back from Germany I will repair it. I get back on the 7th and plan towork on the 8th to knock out the repairs I missed so most products sent in should be returned on the 10th.

Roger, I will say again your service and commitment to us reefers is above and beyond.

Wish you had more product lines (although Im sure your sanity doesnt)

Will send it in. I tried to drill a small hole in the part and insert a screw and pull it out, still didnt work. Never saw something so tightly stuck

Thanks again
