1- I have an osomolator that was functioning fine until one day when the bucket run out of water and pump kept on running without water. I was not there to fill it up. The pump run dry like this for about 2 days. The pump does not not seem to function properly. Outside the water one can see the propeler rotating. In the water, the propeler stops functioning and not water is transfered from the bucket to the main tank. It looks as if I had irremediably damaged the pump. Is there anything that I can do or do I need to purchase the pump part of the osomolator.
2- I have purchased when they came out three 6045 nanostreams. The support desintegrated in the tank. I mentioned this months ago to you and have forgotten to send you the pieces (my mistake). Would it be possible to get new replacement pieces for those 3 pumps?
