Roger, Quick Question...

Hey Roger, I recently got my replacement shaft and spacers/rubber sleeves for my Tunze 6205 and now the pump itself will not work what so ever? Any thoughts on what could be doing this? I just did a 5day CLR soak in a Ratio Mix and it ran great all for of about 2 days. I'm speechless, this thing is my backbone of flow for my SPS DT and its out of service right now. Any Help Would Be awesome.

Does it make any hum or effort to spin? Is the drive unit free to spin on the shaft or does it fit very tight? It should easily spin on the shaft.

You would be welcome to send it in, however, this is my last day for a few days, my son is due to be born tomorrow and I won't be back in until March 3, if and when time permits I will check in and you can call, however my only back up is Fabian Tunze, he is the second oldest Tunze son but he is 21 and still apprenticing and going to school so his knowledge is a bit limited.

Thanks Roger, Congrats on your soon to be new son. Where should I send it and whom to I put for receiving the package? I really appreciate you getting back to me about the problem.

As For The problem, Ive cleaned and soaked the pump, shaft, & Impel.-it sounds and looks like it wants to spin but nothing. i just replaced the shaft to which is what has me confused.
