Rooting Mushrooms

My mom and I are obsessed with mushrooms now. For the most part, we are able to plant them successfully, but there a few pesky buggers that won't stay in their hole. We would prefer not to stick them to a shell and then to the rock. Does anyone have any suggestion or tips as to how to successfully plant them directly onto the rock?

Put the shroom in a clear plastic container with rock rubble with a clear cover. When it attaches to a piece of rock rubble, super glue or coral glue that piece of rock rubble to your main rock. Can take up a few days up to a few weeks for it to attach securely enough to rubble to be glued. Don't get glue on the shroom!

Make sure container has holes on the sides and the lids for flow!

Thanks! I was hoping to root them directly onto the rocks and not glue, but that's proven to be a huge pain in the butt. I have a breeding container that floats and I've had it in there floating. It has slots in the side for flow. Would it be better to sink it with the lid?
