Rose anemone + lighting

Can a rose anemone survive under 250x 2 MH 14k DE bulbs?

Do they like MORE or LESS light?

They will be fine under your lighting. Anemone's tend to like stronger lighting. Be aware ( Im sure you already know this) they will moe around in your tank till they find a spot they like, and they dont care what is there they will sting it and kill it. Unless you move that coral.

Is their behavior different from green bubble tips? I had a green before and it moved and eventually did settle... are roses the same?

yea it will settle down when It finds a place it likes. just keep an eye on it so you can move coral as needed.
