Sure looks like a bleached and self consumed Rose BTA.

Its going to need some feeding of mysis/fish based meals every other day, stable water conditions, and serious time to acclimatize to decent lighting.

It can recover, but you will need to take an active roll in helping it along. Try to keep the food portions about the size of a pea and frequent until it doubles/triples in body size.

yeah, that's definitely a BTA. Probably a result of pedal laceration from the other one in the tank. Good score. Give it room to wander around to a spot it likes. Once it settles in to a comfy spot try feeding it.

Good luck with it!
Also good not to follow premature advice before you even got a picture posted.

I was given one that size from a fellow reefer. It needed some TLC in the way of frequent feedings. I used very small mysis and fed it nearly every day.

I've had it close to 4 months now. When inflated it was originally about the size of a quarter. Now, inflated it's at least 3" across.

Good luck!
