Will this guy eat clowns if they try to host it and what are the chances the clowns will host it. Can you keep these with sps corals without any issue?

This one is about 4 to 5 inches across. And pretty much grabs anything that touches it. i was feeding it and it grabbed the feeding tongs wasnt expecting all that.

I don't think maxi's will host any clowns unless they plan on making them their lunch.

Maxi's are not hosting nems. So they will not host a clown unless its some freak/rare deal. They have been known to eat fish, but a clown is not going to try to get in it normally.

Yes you can keep them with coral. Maxi mini nems are sand dwelling, they burrow their foot into the sand. So you'll want sand, doesn't have to be too deep. I got a maxi mini in my tank. He's attached to a small rock in the sandbed, which is only about 2" deep. They stay put for the most part so there's little risk of it climbing your rocks and stinging coral.
